Miele’s ambassador and renowned Australian chef Shannon Bennett of Vue de Monde, Melbourne, created a special indigenous-inspired menu for a celebration of the new Miele Gallery South Melbourne.

Crafted in collaboration with Mark Olive of Black Olive Productions, each dish on the tasting menu presented Shannon’s interpretation of indigenous spices and flavours. Pepper berry, lemon myrtle oil, Tanami spice mix and kutjera (the desert raisin) were just some of the ingredients selected to complement Shannon’s French-inspired delicacies.
