2015 Houses Awards – enter now

Entry is open for the prestigious Houses Awards. Now in its fifth year, the Houses Awards is an annual program celebrating Australia’s best residential projects.

Excellence is rewarded in nine categories, with the best house receiving the premier award of Australian House of the Year. There are categories for new houses, alterations and additions, apartments and units, heritage, outdoor and sustainability projects, as well as a new category that recognizes emerging practices. Each year, the Houses Awards entries provide a unique insight into contemporary residential design and the contribution Australia’s architects and designers make to enhancing the way we live today.

The 2015 jury is Stephanie Little, founding partner at Chenchow Little (NSW); Adrian Spence, co-founder at Richards and Spence (Qld); Kerstin Thompson, principal of Kerstin Thompson Architects (Vic); David Welsh, partner at Welsh and Major Architects (NSW); and Katelin Butler, editor, Houses magazine.

The Houses Awards is presented by Architecture Media. Thanks to our 2015 supporters Cult, Artedomus, Artemide, Blum, Fisher
& Paykel, Haymes, Heritage Council Victoria, Maximum, Think Brick and Verosol. Entries close 27 March 2015.
