KHD supplied mechanical stone fixings for a project at St Kevin’s College in Toorak, Victoria. The new Glendalough music facility was clad internally and externally in ripple-drafted bluestone tiles. The 1000 mm × 500 mm × 20 mm bluestone cladding was fixed using a combination of set and adjustable stone clips.
At the front of the building the facade cut back from vertical, posing a challenge to hanging the stone safely. The steel frame was designed and built incorporating Unistrut railing to accept the 8-mm Midrail Stoneclip with great success. khdlandscapesolutions.com.au
