Australian Interior Design Awards

The interior design industrys day of reckoning has arrived with the announcement of the Australian Interior Design Awards 2010 shortlist.

The highly anticipated annual awards program is co-presented by the Design Institute of Australia (DIA), Designex and Artichoke magazine to recognize and celebrate excellence in residential and commercial interior design.

A total of 387 projects were entered in 2010 and, including multiple category applications, total entries were 631, which is up 10% on 2009.

The online awards gallery has become a powerful tool for clients searching for architects and interior designers.

It showcases shortlisted projects for 2010, as well as past program results.

The winners and finalists of this years Australian Interior Design Awards will be announced at a gala presentation dinner on Friday 23 April 2010 at the Sydney Town Hall, to be attended by more than 600 industry professionals. Results will then be posted to the online gallery.
