Builder-developer MDEV, who constructed the six-level office building, asked architect Ryall Smyth for an economical cladding solution that would also give the structure a distinctive, high-quality finish. By using standard Stramit cladding profiles manufactured from Colorbond Metallic steel, project architect Jeremy Haldane created a stunning facade that contrasts deep-rib Stramit Longspan cladding with flat-profiled Premier 300 cladding, running in vertical and horizontal directions.
