Japan’s innovative manufacturer of high-quality architectural ceramics, Inax, has released a number of new designs for its 2011 catalogue, including Visore and Format.
Inax architectural ceramics and mosaics use a minimum of 40% recycled material in products and also comply with Environmental Management Systems – ISO 14001.
The Inax design team drew upon the concept of architectural jewellery with the Visore convex mosaic, its design akin to pearls and diamonds. The alluring design creates exciting responses and the desire to touch the surface. The mosaics have an amazing deep glossy black, brown or white glaze. There is the smooth version and also a multifaceted convex version. The size of each tile is 45 mm × 45 mm.
With the Format Mix tiles, the combination of gloss- and matt-finish tiles in different sizes and in different thicknesses produces a superb contemporary multidimensional effect. The design is available in black or white, and each tile is 100 mm wide.
