The 2011 Queensland Premier’s Design Awards have opened for entry. The awards celebrate the importance of design to business, lifestyle and innovation through the presentation of:
- A $40,000 Smart State Design Fellowship to an individual who has significantly contributed to developing a design culture within Queensland.
- A $10,000 Emerging Design Leader Award to a Queensland designer who embodies excellence in their expertise, talent, skill and commitment to design.
