Melbourne’s City West Police Complex was designed by architecture practice Woods Bagot, which is targeting a 5-Star Green Star Office Design Rating and 4.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating. Contractor Lend Lease installed over 370 Bobrick products, many of which help achieve these goals.
Bobrick distributor RBA Group supplied dozens of integrated 3IN1 TrimLine units, a unique combination of towel dispenser, 900-watt hand dryer and waste bin. This incorporates TowelMate, which reduces wastage by 20%, and a lower watt dryer that saves energy.
