Lighting design studio Articolo has unveiled a reimagining of its acclaimed Scandal Collection. Staggered by name and staggered by nature, the unique configuration unites two mouthblown glass shades in a striking wall sconce format.
Retaining the collection’s signature barrel-like cuff inlaid with brass mesh or leather, Staggered joins the collection’s existing horizontal pendant and singular wall sconce released at Salone del Mobile in Milan.
Casting a slim and finely considered silhouette, each Scandal interpretation is defined by elongated proportions capped end-to-end by rounded glass, subtly concealing the internal light source and exemplifying the quiet brilliance of artisanal glass and detailed metalwork.
