Glassworks’ LoE3-366 + Neat low-E glass comes standard with Neat, a titanium dioxide layer that harnesses the sun’s rays to loosen dirt so the rain can wash it away with minimal streaks.

LoE3-366 + Neat low-E glass, shown installed for a project in Sorrento, Victoria, has the unique ability to reject solar heat without spoiling the view.

Triple silver low-E glass – LoE3-366 + Neat

LoE3-366 + Neat is a neutral-coloured, triple-silver low-emissivity glazing product that offers a balance of year-round thermal comfort and visibility. It is always double glazed in an Insulating Glass Unit (IGU) in a variety of make-ups depending on aesthetic and performance requirements.

The combination of 6 mm LoE3-366 + Neat, 12 mm Argon and 6 mm Clear achieves a Visible Light Transmission (VLT) of 63%, a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.27 and a U-Value of 1.35, meaning that it blocks out the negative aspects of the sun on the hottest days but also insulates during colder weather.

Specifying LoE-i89 on surface 4 of the IGU, in place of Clear, brings the U-Value down to 1.11 – the most insulating option. This makes LoE3-366 + Neat a suitable low-E glass for all seasons in residential and commercial applications.
