Architects, building designers and architectural professionals are invited to enter the Boral Design Award – a conceptual residential design award program. Previously called A Different Pitch, the award now has an expanded brief beyond the roof to a whole site, incorporating a 150 sqm family home and its landscape.
Entrants are asked to specify from a range of selected Boral products including clay bricks, concrete pavers, retaining walls, roof tiles and timber. Designs must also demonstrate a commitment to sustainable design principles. Winning concepts will share a prize pool of $34,000.
Entries will close on 30 October 2009 and will be judged by an esteemed panel of industry commentators. All entrants must be current Australian residents.
