Created with elderly and disabled users in mind, the new basin mixer from Enware features a stylish, ergonomically designed extended lever. Taking into consideration anthropometric guidelines plus the range of ability, dexterity and strength-limitations of its users, the extended lever is engineered for safe, easy use and control.
“We did a lot of research with this handle design and are very proud of the result. A mixer requires both forward and sideways movement for total flow and temperature control. The unique, ergonomic lever design delivers great functionality for its users,” says managing director Paul Degnan.
The Enware-Oras Extended Lever basin mixer is designed for AS1428 accessible toilet compliance. It’s strong and durable and is supplied with red, yellow and blue indicators and a WELS 3 Star (8 lpm) rating as standard.
