Kitchen appliance design and technology company Smeg has released the latest technology in pyrolysis and induction – in one appliance.
The Opera A1PYID-6 90 cm upright induction cooker features a five-zone induction cooktop over a 90 litre (gross) multifunction oven with integrated pyrolytic cleaning.
The five-zone induction cooktop offers the very best in fast, responsive cooking. Each cooking zone has a boost setting, a power function and a timer.
The Opera’s 90 litre (gross) capacity oven has ten functions including fan-forced, bakers’ function, fan grill, fan-assisted and rotisserie. The oven’s unique Thermoseal technology ensures a perfectly controlled oven cavity that maintains a constant, accurate temperature.
Low maintenance is another key feature. The cooktop requires just a wipe-over with a damp cloth and the oven is cleaned by simply selecting the Pyrolysis function and waiting 90 minutes.
The Smeg Opera A1PYID-6 carries the highest Class A European energy rating and features fingerprint-resistant stainless steel and a handy storage compartment at the base of the oven.
