Bobrick washroom accessories are being installed in WorkZone, Charter Hall’s $240 million A-grade commercial development located between Pier and Nash Streets in Perth.
Broad Construction is the main contractor for the design and construction project, and Fitzpatrick+Partners is the architect.
The building consists of 27,000 m2 of office accommodation across two campus-style, seven-storey office buildings. WorkZone is due for completion in September 2013.
Bobrick distributor Rynat Industries Australia is supplying toilet roll holders, Trimline soap dispensers, shelves and countertop-mounted paper towel dispensers, all in satin finish stainless steel. All grab bars, in matching satin finish, are fully AS1428.1-2009 compliant.
