The Wolfin waterproofing system was used to rectify leaks coming from decks, garden beds and failed cavity flashings in an apartment building in Darling Point, Sydney. The waterproofing had been jeopardized by building movement and environmental conditions.
The Wolfin System was specified to rectify ongoing water problems. Installation was carried out by David Campbell Building, a licensed Wolfin applicator.
Wolfin GWSK membrane was installed to the decks and planter boxes, and cavity flashings were reinstated using the Wolfin IB membrane. 316L Stainless WolfinSteel profiles were also used to ensure longevity of the waterproofing membrane in the coastal environment. projex.com.au
