Robert Gordon has been designing and hand-crafting ceramic collections since 1945. The family-run business still operates out of Melbourne, where a small team designs and makes the brand’s latest Interiors Collection of stoneware basins, light fittings and wall hooks.
Created with care and built to withstand the test of time, Robert Gordon’s Interior Collection is made by skilled potters on site at the workshop in Melbourne, Victoria.
The Interiors Collection comprises simple and modern-profiled pieces for the home, made from high-fired, fully vitrified stoneware and finished in a range of unique glazing options.
The latest addition to the Robert Gordon Interiors Collection is the scallop-edged Oyster scone wall light. Prototypes for the Oyster light fitting were first carved by hand in the Robert Gordon studio by the brand’s master mould-maker.
Each cast basin, light fitting and wall hook is made from 100% recycled scrap clay and fired in an electric kiln that is offset with solar. robertgordoninteriors.com
