Wattyl’s Ranch Dust is a rich ochre hue and is one of the additions to the company’s ultra-low VOC interior paint range, I.D Advanced.

Wattyl releases new earthy colour palette

The recent Milan design fair, Salone del Mobile, confirmed what many of us have been suspecting – warm earthy hues will continue to adorn our homes for some time, and gone are the grey tones that have dominated the past decade.

New additions to Wattyl’s I.D Advanced range share a richness and a warmth in their undertone – creating a depth of colour that can subtly enhance architectural details. These colour preferences are fuelled, in part, by our growing desire to connect with and celebrate nature.

Wattyl’s latest palette brings a comforting calm to interior spaces, while hinting at an understated luxury. The earthen palette also forms the perfect canvas for the inclusion of natural materials such as leather, stone, timber and brick.

Warm whites, creams and caramels feature in Wattyl’s new I.D Advanced palette, with pops of muted amber, warm honey and olive green included also. These subtle hues, taken directly from nature, bring added interest to a space while being less overpowering than some brighter, more saturated colours. Wattyl I.D Advanced interior paint is available in gloss, semi-gloss, low sheen and matt finishes. wattyl.com.au
