Stramit Longspan stainless steel cladding is manufactured from hightensile G550 colour-coated steel or zinc–aluminium alloy coated steel.
Harmer Architecture made spectacular use of Stramit Longspan stainless steel cladding to form a floating curtain around the perimeter of the circular Chapel of the Archangel Gabriel at the Holy Angels Mausoleum. The lower section of the sheeting, below ceiling level, is perforated to create a “veil” which allows light into the building while keeping the weather out.
