The house, which has an eight-star energy rating, uses SolarSpan roofing and the innovative new InsulWall walling system.
Bondor has developed InsulWall with the support of Bluescope Steel and Dulux AcraTex.
This all-in-one walling system combines internal lining, insulation, external cladding and the structural element in one product. InsulWall achieves this using a specially developed steel finish that is uniquely available to this system, allowing for painting or rendering directly to the steel surface.
