Situated on a landmark Sydney CBD site, 8 Chifley Square is Mirvac’s new premium-grade, 30-storey commercial building. The project has achieved a 6-Star Green Star Office Design rating from The Climate Institute, with whom Mirvac has become a Major Climate Partner.
Distributor RBA worked closely with the Mirvac design team throughout the specification and functionality testing process. In all, more than 500 Bobrick washroom accessories have been installed, including nearly 50 TrimLineTM recessed combined three-in-one units (paper towel dispenser/auto-matic hand dryer/waste bin) as well as nearly 100 panel-mounted soap dispensers, all in a satin-finish stainless steel.
