Entries for Australia’s premier interior design awards program will close on Friday 12 February. Any Australia-based designer may enter the internationally recognized Interior Design Awards program, which celebrates excellence in residential and commercial interior design. Each year the awards generate thousands of dollars in publicity for entrants while providing recognition for their work at the highest professional level. In 2009, 575 entries were received across the program from 405 individual projects.
Awards co-founder the Design Institute of Australia manages the judging process. Other founding partners are Designex and Artichoke magazine. Generous corporate supporters include Forbo Flooring Systems, the Laminex Group, Dulux Australia, Smeg, Somfy, Häfele, Space Furniture and Isis.
