Being totally non-toxic and completely safe to handle, it is suitable for applications where the use of traditional CCA-treated timber has been restricted, especially where the product is in frequent contact with children. As Hyne T3 Green contains no chrome or arsenic, there are no limits for its use and it can be safely used for playground equipment.
Hyne has added an active ingredient to the timber treatment that can prevent the growth of mould. This has the added benefit of enhancing the existing water repellency feature of Hyne T3 Green.
