The new Ilve Steam Oven completes Ilve’s compact cooking collection, home also to Ilve’s Combination Microwave Oven.
Steaming retains food’s optimum levels of vitamins, nutrients, flavour, colour and texture – especially delicate fish and vegetables – while also allowing the meal to absorb only the moisture it requires, eliminating the need to add oils or fats to keep the food from drying out.
The Ilve Steam Oven creates fresh, healthy meals for the whole family. Four separate cooking levels with two included stainless steel trays provide ample separation for the different meal elements and a large interior ensures enough space for creativity with cooking options.
Further features include an external steam generator, fan-forced ventilation, double-glazed glass door, security opening and child lock for complete door safety.
