When the City of Whitehorse in Victoria was looking for a safety solution for separating pedestrians from a tram line, it turned to Sefar.
Several designs were looked at before it was decided a perforated brick pattern would be used. The pattern that was chosen offers versatility, strength and safety, and gives an unobtrusive outlook. Each sheet was perforated, folded and then finished with an anti-graffiti powdercoat.
The panels were designed with safety being the main priority – it was critical that the size of the holes would not allow the panels to be climbed.
