Kingspan’s Kooltherm K3 is a thin underfloor insulation board that can be installed beneath solid concrete flooring slabs.
Kooltherm K3 comprises a rigid, fibre-free, thermoset insulation core sandwiched between two layers of tissue-based facing that have been autohesively bonded to the insulation core.
Kingspan’s Kooltherm K3 insulation is manufactured without the use of CFCs/HCFCs and has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
Easy to handle and install, Kingspan’s Australian-made Kooltherm K3 board is resistant to water vapour and is NCC and AS/NZS 4859.1 compliant – suitable for both new and retrofitted residential projects.
