Current Somfy marketing manager Alistair Grice has been appointed to the newly created position of market manager for specification within Somfy Oceania.
“The time is now right for Somfy to devote significant resources towards the specification of energy-efficient facades by architects and engineers,” says Grice. “My role will be to develop and implement the delivery of Somfy’s wide range of solutions to the commercial building market.”
Architects, designers and engineers now have a dedicated resource to assist with the ideal Somfy automation solutions for internal and external blinds and awnings as well as motorization for windows. Major control protocols KNX and Lonworks are also supported by Somfy.
