As the first company to introduce paper-faced plasterboard to Australia 65 years ago, CSR Gyprock has a proud anniversary to celebrate this year.
Since introducing plasterboard in 1947, CSR Gyprock has been a pioneer for the plasterboard industry. The brand has led the Australian plasterboard industry with various innovations, including the introduction of patented Control Density technology in 1992, which produces stronger plasterboard with a lightweight core for superior score and snap properties.
Gyprock general manager Ian Hardiman says 2012 is “an incredibly special year for Gyprock and a time to reflect on just what we have achieved, as well as embrace the future and growth of our business.”
