And all ECmodular carpet tiles feature EComfort, an environmentally advanced secondary backing. EComfort contains 90 percent post-consumer recycled content and is 100 percent recyclable.
Every square metre of EComfort diverts thirty-four 600 ml PET drink bottles from landfill and it is 150 percent more thermally efficient than hard-backed tiles (such as PVC or bitumen). EComfort also effectively absorbs foot impact and noise, reducing leg fatigue and providing a quieter environment because of its acoustic felt-like backing.
