The Elmich Versi Jack 75 system was recently supplied by KHD and installed by 2 Construct at the new Hilton Convention Centre in Melbourne, Victoria. This project required a smart, flexible and cost-effective solution for the installation of a large outdoor terrace area. Versi Jack is a simple and easy-to-install telescopic pedestal system that suited the specifications of the Hilton Convention Centre.
One of the major advantages of Versi Jack is that during the installation process, the membrane is not penetrated in any way. This reduces the long-term likelihood of hard-to-fix leaks, which are traditionally very costly and difficult to access. Versi Jack also increases air ventilation, reduces sound transmissions and gives the ability to run services like environmentally friendly LED lighting through the deck area.
