Appliance specialist Blanco, a leading innovator in induction cooktops, has introduced two new induction products that enable consistent cooking performance and impressive safety.
Blanco CI603M Maxi-Zone is equipped with a smart Maxi induction cooking zone that offers superior flexibility. There are six inductors underneath the cooktop surface, enabling home chefs to make the best use of this larger cooking zone. It can accommodate more than one small pot at a time, or a large pot. It can even be used for a cast iron griddle plate.
Blanco’s CI804l is finished in a stylish champagne colour with an intuitive LCD display that features five language options, time of day display, and timers for each zone. The cooktop enables preset power settings, which can be adjusted. It also has a stand-alone timer that operates independently of the cooking zones, and a tempo function that displays the time elapsed since the last time a power setting adjustment was made on zones that are in use.
For superior cooking performance, the cooktop offers programmable cooking (with up to two different power settings and heating times per zone), a specific pasta program, a memory function.
For added safety, the individual cooking zones can be locked, and there is an independent lock for the cooktop that can be used when cleaning.
