Delivering optimum taste and nutrition, the new DG 5061 built-in steam oven releases the ideal amount of steam, generated outside the cooking chamber, so cooked food achieves maximum retention of the flavour, texture, colour and nutrients of vegetables, fish and side dishes. It can simultaneously cook dishes on three levels to present a complete menu for six to eight people, with no transfer of flavours from sweet and savoury dishes.

It also features touch controls, more than 75 automatic programs and electronic temperature control from 40ºC to 100ºC.

The DG 5061 is available in stainless steel with CleanSteel finish.
