Technologically, Linear delivers the very best in intuitive cooking with Smart Chef selecting cooking mode, oven temperature and time – and even the correct shelf position – once the user has chosen a “menu” from pictures depicting beef, poultry, lamb and fish.
Smeg’s patented Thermoseal technology then takes over, creating a non-vented oven cavity that delivers constant, accurate temperatures for the very best results every time.
With Smart Chef taking the guesswork out of the cooking process, catering for large numbers has never been easier thanks to the extra large 79-litre (gross) capacity of the 60 cm oven.
