Textiles take on another dimension under the creative energy and emotion-driven design of French textiles designer Sophie Mallebranche. Part of the world artisan textiles scene, Mallebranche creates metallic fabric installations for luxury brands and prestige spaces such as Guerlain, Hôtel de Guénégaud des Brosses and Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
Her work weaves emotion and technology together using 100% metal materials including stainless steel, copper and silver-coated or enameled copper to create expressive solutions that challenge perceptions of how and where fabrics can be used.
