The fire-resistant glass Schott Pyran® and Schott Pyranova® provide virtually unrestricted application options, both for internal and external glazing. Schott Pyran® achieves a fire rating of up to three hours integrity only, can be butt jointed, screen printed, double glazed and bent. It also has successfully passed the Australian bushfire standard Flame Zone without having to use any additional steel shutter mechanism.
Schott Pyranova® meets the fire-resistant standards of up to two hours integrity and insulation, and can also be double glazed and butt jointed.
