The dispenser features a piano-hinged door with a tumbler lock and cabinet slots indicate refill time.
On seeing the added benefits of the new TowelMate paper retaining system, which reduces paper towel consumption by 20–40%, Virgin Australia upgraded to the B262-130. The stainless steel towel guide retains towels when refilling and the nylon support rod prevents towels from bulging, sagging or falling through the towel-tray opening and delivers a single towel with each pull, without tabbing or tearing.
