Intergrain Timber Vision Awards winners revealed

A major public library, a beach-side amenities project and two stunning houses have been named winners of the 2017 Intergrain Timber Vision Awards. 

Now in its eighth year, the awards program celebrates visionary use of timber in the built environment. From a shortlist of 31, taken from 158 entries, the judging panel selected six winners in 2017, announced in Melbourne on 21 September.

The winners are North Bondi Amenities by Sam Crawford Architects with Lymesmith (Commercial Exterior); City of Perth Library by Kerry Hill Architects (Commercial Interior); Amado House by Make Architecture (Residential Exterior); Little Sister’s House by Candalepas Associates (Residential Interior); Kopupaka Reserve by Isthmus Group (Landscape); and East Sydney Learning Centre by Andrew Burges (Travel Bursary Award).
