Eat Drink Design Awards party – tickets on sale now

From a pool of 156 entries, 90 projects have been shortlisted for the 2018 Eat Drink Design Awards and tickets are on sale for the awards ceremony, to be held at South Melbourne’s Luminare on 14 November.

The awards celebrate Australia and New Zealand’s best projects, from high-end restaurants and bars to offbeat pop-ups, rewarding design achievement in seven categories. The program supports excellence in the design of hospitality premises of all scales and types, retail environments for the sale of food and beverages and visual identities for both.

The winners from each award category will receive a cash prize of $1,500. Further to this, the jury will select one iconic hospitality venue from Australia or New Zealand to enter the Eat Drink Design Awards Hall of Fame. The 2018 Eat Drink Design Awards are organized by Architecture Media and supported by major partner Shadowfax Wines; supporting partners Euro Cave, Laminex, Latitude, Ownworld, Planned Cover, Roca, Schiavello and Tait; and event partners Four Pillars, Sample and Sanpellegrino. eat-drink-design.com
