Kateryna Sokolova’s Oxydation occasional and low tables for Ligne Roset use the natural properties of oxidization to create a striking effect.
Inspired by contemporary architecture and sculptural forms, the Oxydation occasional table features a Tuscan stone base, while the low table uses an oxidized (acid-treated) steel one. Both tables have an oxidized steel top that is finished with transparent varnish. The resulting patina makes these tables naturally unique as each piece displays a myriad of colour and textural variations developed through the oxidization process.
