Australian playground equipment suppliers form expert collective
To connect architects and designers with playground equipment experts, four Australian suppliers – ForPark, RhinoPlay, PlayWorks and PlayOn – have launched a network called The Play Collective (PlayCo).
PlayCo provides industry expertise and custom playground equipment to improve outcomes on education, local government, commercial and landscape design projects.
Pledging to locally manufacture its playground and fitness equipment rather than import it from overseas, the collective uses dedicated in-house factories to reduce turnaround times and support a more sustainable future.
PlayCo CEO Henry Greenacre “couldn’t be more excited” about the launch of the network, which benefits customers by combining individual companies’ expertise and dedicated teams with PlayCo’s collective product offerings and capacity to provide large-scale manufacturing and services.
“We’ve spent the past 12 months refining PlayCo’s proposition and processes,” Greenacre said.
