Designed by Frenchman Jean-Marie Massaud, the new Carmel sofa is an upholstered chair that features generous proportions and a soft, voluptuous form that’s more cushion than frame.
Like all of Massaud’s ideas, Carmel is finely resolved. The detailed stitching is beautifully tailored and the selection of materials ranges from textured fabrics to smooth leather.
The collection also includes the Carmel easy chair and both pieces are made with aluminium bases and a structure of molded flexible polyurethane. Designed for commercial and residential interiors, the Carmel sofa and easy chair are available exclusively from Poliform.
