Moooi has expanded its lighting range with the new Heracleum suspension light – the Big O.
Released at the 2013 Milan Furniture Fair, the Big O suspension light, designed by Bertjan Pot and Marcel Wanders, is a technical natural structured LED suspension light inspired by the Heracleum plant.
The white leaf-like polycarbonate lenses branch out to create a technical yet natural looking form. The delicate and weightless appearance of the light is only made possible by coating the conductive layers of the metal wire frame, a design not possible with standard wires.
